A West Cork Christmas - 2024 Edition​

That magical time of year is fast approaching and to celebrate the festive period we have published A West Cork Christmas. The booklet is jam packed with recipes for you to try, interesting articles and competitions to enter.

Gavin Russell with the Riverview Veterinary Group has given us an informative article on caring for our pets over the Christmas time, Caroline Hennessy has done a review of the new cook books that have just been published. These make excellent gift ideas and will give pleasure throughout the year.

Lorna O’Regan has given us some nourishing recipes to enjoy without guilt. Our history consultant, Michelle O’Mahony charts the history of the Christmas Cracker.

The aftermath of Christmas is often a time when people plan their summer holidays, David Caldwell gives us a glimpse of Christmas in Greece which may entice you to consider it as a summer destination.
