Preparing the Dough:
Mix the flour, herbs and the salt in a bowl, use your hands to read and mix the ingredients.
In a separate bowl mix the dried yeast with the warm water together.
Mix the contents of the two bowls together and knead for 8-10 minutes until the dough is shiny and bouncy.
Oil another bowl and place the dough inside to prove. Cover tightly with cling film.
Prove for 120 to 140 minutes or until it has doubled in size
When it is ready punch it down on a floured table. Divide it into four equal parts.
Shape into round dough balls – use your finger tips to stretch the dough for the best results.
Cover with a damp towel while you prepare the toppings.
The Pizza Sauce:
Fry the chilli, garlic and ginger.
Add in the onion and fry until soft and cooked.
Add the tomato paste and mix well.
Add in the tinned tomatoes and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in the oregano, transfer to a blander and blitz until super smooth.
Assembling the Pizzas:
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Line all the different sauces and toppings up in a line and Have fun with the toppings and let the kids create their own individual monsters, different shapes and sizes.
Transfer the pizza monsters to some flat trays lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese starts to turn golden.
Allow the pizza monsters to cool a little, then tuck in and enjoy
