Ingredients:
• 1
sheet of
puff pastry, thawed
• 1/4
cup of
Basil Pesto
• 400
g of
Mozzarella, grated
• 80
g of
Parmesan cheese
Egg Wash:
• 1
egg
• 1
tablespoon of
Milk
Cooking Method:

Roll out the pastry & cut into small triangles.

Spread the pesto thickly across the pastry.

Spread an even layer of mozzarella across the pesto.

Roll up from the wide end of the triangles to form a Christmas tree shape.

Combine the milk and egg and mix with a fork to make an egg wash. Brush the wash over the trees with a pastry brush.

Bake at 200 degree for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown.

Sprinkle with Parmesan while they are still hot.

Serve.
