Operating from a traditional and quaint shop based on the busy thoroughfare of Townshend Street, in the heart of Skibbereen, O’Neill Coffee is a vibrant and niche business which is highly valued by the locals in town.
As the old saying goes “all good things come in little bundles” a visit to O’Neill will prove this expression to be axiomatic. The business exudes charm and ambience which together with the aroma of freshly brewed West Cork Coffee permeating every nook and cranny in the old building, O’Neill Coffee is a draw to people passing their door.
The coffee shop is small although there is some internal seating. Externally there is a pleasant seating area which will be attractive in the warmer months of the year. Most of the trade is take – out and this service is very busy throughout the day.
O’Neill Coffee supports local producers and artisans. West Cork Coffee from Tony Speight of Innishannon is served with creamy milk from Gloun Cross Dairy. Wazzi Woo treats are served whilst the sausage rolls are from a local Skibbereen Bakery Flour & Water.
Interesting accessories such as water bottles, coffee presentation packs, coffee filters and packages of West Cork Coffee are all available in store.
With its unique atmosphere and friendly staff O’Neill Coffee is very popular with both locals and visitors to Skibbereen.

Monday – Saturday 9.00 am – 4.30 pm.
It is closed Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.
