Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa overlooking one of West Cork’s most beautiful beaches was another early adapter of outside dining although Silver Surfer, its “Food Truck”, seems too mundane a description for its gleaming Airstream trailer. Expect a simple but tasty menu of warm wraps, homemade ice cream and shakes and fresh baked sourdough pizza. Afterwards there is plenty of seating including an amphitheater to take in the views of the Haven Coast on the Wild Atlantic Way.
